Kurtis came to Vision after years of training by himself. He knew his way around the gym, but things weren’t falling into place and his mindset had hit a low point. Wanting a real change, he decided to reach out and commit fully to the process. Since coming on board, Kurtis hasn’t looked back - he’s been promoted three times at work, met his girlfriend, and is in the best shape of his life, both physically and mentally.

A young father, he came fresh out of a divorce, overweight and undervaluing himself, he knew he wanted to be a super hero for his daughter and fair to say he definitely has came that, not only has he changed his physique, his standards for himself are excellent, he’s opened a business and started to date again, the man is going from strength to strength.

Not only did he change his entire physique, he also has now a better run business. His journey from nearly giving it up to now running a successful business and looking the business has been immense!

To now becoming a coach herself, launching her own coaching business, feeling confident, sexy & finding her inner glow again.

Danielle is the definition of powerful & empowering. Not only is has she completed the photoshoot prep, she done it while being an incredible Mam to 5 kids. Just look at her!!!
